Red Rock Canyon is just five miles north of Las Vegas Nevada, and is about seventeen miles from the strip. The unique geologic features, plants and animals of Red Rock Canyon represent some of the best examples of the Mojave Desert. It includes a 13-mile scenic drive, more than 30 miles of hiking trails, rock climbing, and much more. If you want to take a break from the casinos and see some truly breath taking scenery, Red Rock Canyon will be an enjoyable diversion.
